5. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free standard shipping across the UK. Express delivery options are also available at checkout.
Orders placed before 9PM (Mon–Fri) are usually dispatched the same day.
Elora London is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
6. Returns & Refunds
You may return items within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
